Yakov Smirnoff's wacky religious art.
The man who's known for telling "What a country!" jokes, has also spent a lot of time
drawing the buddy Jesus.
His art has a lot of Bibles and churches etc., but he also
makes sure to draw a lot of patriotic material like his painting entitled "America at Peace."
Of course, "at peace" assumingly means that America is dead and buried,
and he has all the appropriate funeral symbols like the cloudy heavens and doves to drive the point home:
Religion and 9/11 images of dead America. Man, I love comedy.
