Toasted Pixel Presents: Almost a Comic Revisited

Following our theme from yesterday, ToonFever is almost a religious cartoon but is basically a baffling illustration of one guy trying to prove just how racist he is. Maybe racist jokes are funnier if cartoon priests are saying them. Actually that seems like it'd be true. What the hell is this guy DOING overseas? He seems to have lots of experiences to share from it.
