appears to be a joke, that happens to involve a quarter of a million dollars and
a completely deadpan research page with footnotes that link to
R.E.M. lyrics.
Now, if that's all it is, that's fine (sort of). However, certain citizens have taken it
upon themselves to take this deadpan research and create counter research.
The AFDB Effectiveness is a joke that responds to an MIT lab-based research joke, and happens to involve
the statement, "Only by converting electromagnetic energy into psychotronic energy using
a psychotron-based device can the forces of mind control access from afar the
neural network of a brain to both implant and extract thought complexes."
