This movie trailer
is a veritable cornucopia of movie genres and styles! Blackwoods
combines every type of film under the sun into
a garbled mess which makes no sense to anyone by the second half of the trailer.
The narration to the trailer is absolute gold, and should be recited at more people's eulogies:
Lance Sullivan has a new girlfriend...
Actually, he should be running away from her!
But NOT into the woods!
Because that is where her family lives!
...
They HATE him!
...and want to see him, dead.
This is not what he had imagined...
But he has no choice...
Three years ago, an incident changed his life...
And now, NO ONE KNOWS which reality is true.
Blackwoods.
